2- 3 days “Working Together” Leadership Training

Students can participate in a 2-3 day intensive training courses called “Working Together” run by Michelleand developed by  Dr Ian Macdonald and his associates over many years. This course has been undertaken by hundreds of students from schools across the world and teaches students the keys to effective leadership and teamwork, understanding culture, managing change and recognising what makes people see the behaviour of others the way they do.  Students will learn through being taught some theory about good team process which they will then try to apply in team exercises.  The teams’ work trying to solve and complete the exercises will be filmed, with the debriefing of the film providing the most powerful learning experiences for most participants.

• Many of the cultural activities s which students undertake will be experienced through completing team challenges.
