COSTS

Standard programmes will attract the advertised cost per person.Changes to the length of stay, activity chosen  and the numbers of participants will affect the costing.  Costing will be provided on a per person basis together with the total. (Note: This includes staff as schools may cover staff costs in any way which suits their organization).

Costing will include airport transfers, accommodation, food, transport, guides, equipment use and hire, entry fees, insurance, educational materials and training costs.  Excluded will be airfares, visa costs where applicable, optional extras (as indicated on itinerary), and spending money.

Payment will be invoiced with 50% of the total due 6 weeks prior  to the trip, with the final 50% due 3 weeks prior.

BOOKING A TRIP

Teachers who wish to book a trip to any of the countries listed, should contact either Michelle (michelle@schooltripsasia.com) or Ludovic (ludovic@schooltripsasia.com) giving the name of their school, the country they wish to visit, their preferred dates, the expected numbers of staff and student participants, and the grades of the students.  A booking form will then be sent out and should be returned together with the non-refundable booking fee, which will depend on the numbers of participants. The booking fee will be deducted from the final invoice.
